ABOUT US - MANAGAMENT BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Carlyle Bernard is the organization’s president. His experience includes engineering, management consulting and project management, serving clients in a multitude of industries including aerospace, airports, banking, construction, consumer products, defense, executive mentoring, financial services, government, healthcare, insurance, logistics, manufacturing, network TV, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, property management, and the utilities sector.

Prior to founding St. Martin Consulting LLC, Mr. Bernard gained his experience working for the Government of Trinidad & Tobago, Schlumberger (Latin America), Symmetrix Consulting (Boston), Nextera Consulting (Boston), DHL Express US Headquarters (Fort Lauderdale), MCA Solutions Consulting (Philadelphia), and MTG Consulting (Minneapolis).

Mr. Bernard earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master of Science degree in Operations Research and Management Science from Case Western Reserve University. While at Georgia Tech he was inducted into the National Leadership Honorary (Omicron Delta Kappa – Alpha Eta Circle) for being an exceptional student-athlete.

He was also a NCAA Division I All-American and multiple ACC champion in track and field at Georgia Tech and was selected to represent his native country of Trinidad & Tobago in the Pan American Games, Commonwealth Games, and Central American and Caribbean Games. These accomplishments depict attributes of perseverance to excellence, competitiveness, and attention to detail.
